Gigi Bakes!

Here’s a quick backstory of this little girl ..me!

I was born in Toronto, Canada and raised by Italian immigrants.

My parents, my heroes, worked hard to raise a family while learning English in a new country. They learned how to make and fix anything they put their minds to. Our family was their #1 priority and they would stop at nothing to make sure we were always loved and protected!

Some of my fondest memories was when I would sit beside my mother while she baked. She was (and STILL is) the best baker!

My first (and fave) part-time job was at Dairy Queen.

I LOVED working in the

cake department.

Although, after years of studying photography & journalism, I switched to becoming a licenced hairstylist for over 15 years.

Post maternity leave,

my perspective on life as a new mother of twin girls had changed.

Once again, I switched careers to pursue my love of baking.

My greatest accomplishments are my beautiful, intelligent, kind & artistic daughters. They motivate me everyday to provide the best quality and service for my awesome clients.
